Questions
What happens after I pay?
You'll get a payment confirmation right away. We create your account and email your administrator invite within one business day. Most schools send their first message the same day they sign in.
Do families need to download an app?
No. Families get messages by email and text as soon as you add them. The family portal runs in any browser.
Do I need to set up a phone number for texting?
No. Texting is already set up. Every text starts with your school's name, and families can text back.
What if we have more than 120 students?
Get in touch and we'll talk through a plan that fits.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. Enter it on the Stripe checkout page after you continue.
