1. SMS Notifications

Shuttlebee sends ride notifications via SMS when you opt in. Standard carrier rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message.

2. Message Frequency

You will receive ride-related messages (pickup, dropoff, delays) and occasional account updates. We do not send marketing SMS without your consent.

3. Opting Out

• Reply "STOP" to any SMS message
• Disable SMS in your account settings
• Contact us at hello@getshuttlebee.com

4. Liability

We are not responsible for carrier delays, failed deliveries, or messages blocked by your carrier. Ride notifications are provided "as available."
