1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shuttlebee, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Shuttlebee provides family messaging and live ride status for school transportation. We offer real-time pickup/dropoff notifications, group chats, and driver roster management.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment Terms

Shuttlebee charges $300 per organization per year. Payment is processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable after 14 days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Shuttlebee is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
